(1) the power supply should be switched off when the grating sensor and the digital display plug socket are plugged in.
(2) as far as possible, the protective cover should be applied, and the chip and oil in the ruler should be cleaned in time to prevent any foreign body from entering the inside of the grating sensor shell.
(3) regularly check whether the mounting connection screws are loose.
(4) to extend the life of the dustproof sealing strip, apply a thin layer of silicone oil evenly on the sealing strip, and pay attention not to splash down on the glass grating.
(5) in order to ensure the reliability of the grating sensor, it can be cleaned with ethanol mixture (50% each) at regular intervals to clean the grating and the grating surface and keep the glass grating surface clean.
(6) the grating scale sensor is strictly forbidden to vibrate and hit, so as to avoid damaging the grating ruler, such as the grating ruler fracture, and the grating ruler sensor is invalid.
(7) do not disassemble the grating sensor, and can not arbitrarily change the relative spacing between the main grid ruler and the sub-grid ruler, otherwise it may damage the accuracy of the grating sensor. On the other hand, it may cause the relative friction between the main grid ruler and the auxiliary grid ruler, and the damage of the chromium layer will damage the grid line, resulting in the gratuation of the grating ruler.
(8) attention should be paid to the prevention of oil pollution and water pollution gratings, so as to avoid damaging the distribution of grating line stripes and causing measurement errors.
(9) the grating sensor should avoid working in the environment with serious corrosion, so as to avoid the corrosion of the grating chromium layer and the grating surface and damage the quality of the grating ruler.
